Mocktails are a bit posh aren't they?

It’s fun poking fun at posh things. Even when you’re mildly posh. This campaign hammered on the extremities of natty behaviour.

Achieving the sarcastic tone of voice was crucial, or we ran the risk of people thinking we were being serious. The typeface was chosen to mimic the sparkly, gimmicky things associated with ‘luxury’ brands, in a makeshift way. A hint of tacky was all we needed. 

The tagline features odd sized lettering, borrowing from the popular culture meme style of immaturity translating into weird typing styles, ie. “oOh mY naMe iS FanCy PaaAnts ooH”, which is used to mimick someone.
